Protect the limiting resource
A proposed reserve must identify what it contains, its usable state, uncertainty and independence from ordinary demand. The limiting resource across breathing support, cooling, energy or propellant governs the achievable retreat.
Qualification remains open
Containment, isolation, failure behavior, service checks and usable duration need measured evidence. The module is not a qualified emergency system, and no survival-time claim is established.
