Assistant and proposal layer; no independent chassis.
Permission remains external to model reasoning.
CURRENT STUDIES & ORIGINAL REFERENCES
The system, made visible.
Interpret intent
GATE interprets requests with sentence context, conversation continuity and correction opportunities. Keyword matching or a mistranscribed word must not silently become an irreversible physical action.
A model does not police itself
An out-of-band SPARTA enforcement plane independently checks identity, grants and scope. It can quarantine or revoke execution without depending on the reasoning process to cooperate.
Propose, request, verify
A recommendation is not permission. An accepted token is not a completed action. GATE must report independently attested outcomes and explicit uncertainty rather than manufacture files, measurements or success.
