A recording exception requires a complete, individualized permission record and Bryson Ingram's written approval. There is no blanket permission to screen-share, photograph, transcribe, or record private review material.

Default restrictions

Screenshots and photography: prohibited for covered private material unless approved.
Screen sharing and livestreaming: prohibited unless approved.
Audio/video recording and transcription bots: prohibited unless approved.
Publication, promotional use, and model training: prohibited.

If an exception is approved

Named recorder, audience, tool, purpose, and storage.
Specific capture window and deletion date.
30-day active retention target plus limited backup expiry.
Visible recording indicator and stop control.

Alternative: an unrecorded review or an approved written summary remains the default path.
