The first controller
The frozen terrestrial P0 begins with one CORE run-controller and one haptic sleeve ASSET, using an nRF52840, Zephyr and a near-body BLE link. This is a scoped implementation baseline, not evidence of a finished commercial device.
One hub, separate responsibilities
CORE hosts the Continuity Kernel, model adapters and resource coordination. SPARTA retains independent authority. The Resource Fabric checks whether an authorized action fits available energy, timing and thermal budgets; it cannot grant permission.
Recover with evidence
PEA protects a retreat reserve and restores domains in a qualified order. Identity roots, monotonic state and bounded checkpoints support continuity. An outage that loses the trust root follows Blackout reconstruction rather than a normal resume.
