Supporting design proposalROTARY DOCK
Isolated service-port arrangement
A rotary connection study for the compatible node and suit service interfaces.

FIELD DOSSIER / TQ-31
Service / structural connection
- Target mass
- Load dependent
- Target size
- Port geometry pending
- Fit / configuration
- Node-side rotary interface
Capture mechanism and transfer interface require separate load budgets.
Visual docking form is not a qualified seal, valve or structural design.
CURRENT STUDIES & ORIGINAL REFERENCES
Every angle. Every detail.
Capture precedes transfer
Structural capture carries loads independently of fluid, power and data ports. The proposed rotary arrangement needs verified engagement, seals, independent valves and channel compatibility before any transfer.
Leave with evidence
Measured replenishment, valve closure, disconnection and stem retraction precede capture release. Port appearance and alignment do not establish a qualified docking mechanism.
