TYRVAQ / CURRENT BRIEF
Sense. Interpret. Arbitrate. Act.
This page describes TYRVAQ's proposed system logic. It is an architectural direction, not a claim that every behavior below has been validated in hardware.

The Continuity Kernel roots identity and continuity. GATE interprets intent. SPARTA independently compiles and enforces finite authority. The System Resource Fabric evaluates feasibility with zero policy authority. Destination controllers enforce physical limits, and independently attested outcomes establish what actually happened.
SENSE · ZENTRA
Capture relevant visual, acoustic, spatial, and environmental context near the user.
INTERPRET · AEVION
Maintain context and interpret inputs through AEVION, with local compute hosted by CORE where feasible.
ARBITRATE · SPARTA
SPARTA independently compiles finite authority and enforces operating limits outside the reasoning model; destination controllers retain their physical safety limits.
ACT / RESPOND · NIRVANA + SPARK
Express the surviving plan through interface feedback, handoff, or integrated experience.
TYRVAQ
The technology brand and development project. The organization-level identity, not the name of every software component.
AEVION
Persistent context, modular capabilities and model continuity across compatible hardware generations.

Consent, operating limits, human override and traceability constrain execution. A model proposes; authorization and local device limits determine what may proceed.
This map explains the intended architecture. It does not establish hardware performance, certification, medical suitability or present-day interoperability.
Local first is a direction, not a magic word.
The intended system behavior is easier to trust when the failure modes are stated as clearly as the ambitions.
Local-first inference
Prefer local reasoning for latency, continuity, and privacy where the hardware and model can support it.
Privacy boundary
Private data should not leave the approved boundary merely because a cloud connection exists.
Network loss
Loss of wide-area connectivity should degrade capability deliberately rather than silently changing authority.
Thermal + power
Available compute should be constrained by thermal state, battery state, and device-level safety limits.
Human override
The user needs a clear way to stop, decline, disconnect, or reduce capability.
Handoff discipline
Cross-device handoff should move only the minimum context needed for the approved function.
